Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective linings are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup for oversized plywood and timber orders.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
